Earth Biofuels Subsidiary Signs Contract with City of San Bernardino to Supply LNG to its Municipal Fleet

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)----Earth Biofuels, Inc. (OTCBB: EBOF) today announced that its subsidiary, Applied LNG Technologies, LLC ("ALT") has entered a three year agreement to supply the City of San Bernardino, California with liquefied natural gas.
The City of San Bernardino utilizes liquefied natural gas ("LNG") as transportation fuel for its municipal fleet vehicles.

Under the terms of the agreement, ALT will also provide maintenance for the city's existing LNG public access station.
