Oops, the link doesn't work. However, for those who don't know, Internet Grateful Med is now available free to all. Everybody can search the scientific literature through this link:

igm.nlm.nih.gov

For example, click on proceed, type in blood substitute for subject. Some abstracts are present, Medline journals are covered. Doing your own homework has just gotten a whole lot easier.
