Anyone know what we'll get if the investors win the suit? And what will happen to ASND's stock price because of all of this? Just when you think it's bad, it get's...... I've been through a few of this kind of suit, STK, CRUS, to name a few. The settlements are in the range of a few bucks per share. Nobody is winner other than the lawyers since they didn't have any stake in it other than their time. I'd rather to see ASND's price goes back to mid-50's or higher sometime next year than taking a few bucks from the settlement.
