I expect that if Ted Stevens or Don Young are going to be indicted, it will happen quite soon. The feds don't like to charge politicians too close to an election. Don Young may be taken out by Sean Parnell in the Republican primary. People here are sick of the corruption mess, and the crusty old Yukon riverboat captain is the more logical target since people really do like Uncle Ted. The battle between Uncle Ted and "Excess" Begich will be epic!
