From the new 12-month lows list:

I'll up my position in small regional banker, VNBC.

I'm somewhat concerned that the trucker stocks are hitting new lows. That's maybe (??) a seasonal thing with people exiting positions based on how they see the Christmas season shaping up.
OTOH, that transportation stocks are down could presage a slowing economy, maybe a very slowing economy.

I am considering adding a few shares to ABFS, maybe buying a little CNW.
