I'm right there with you. LOL at the "future fortune" concept.. I have been playing the market over the last year with money I could afford to lose, but it still hurts to see half of it wiped out in a matter of days. and then see it happen again...LOL and again..and again..gggggss.... really it makes me wonder if I will ever learn enough to make that future fortune.. seems that there is always another expensive lesson right around the corner..and its always just different enough from the last one to suck me in somehow. I have had the same experience trying to trade breakouts both long and breakdowns short. invariably they reverse and I have learned to get out immediately rather than think It may just dip and continue.. But even worse than that is trying to fade a breakout and have it continue....sheesh...damned if ya do damned if ya don't. My only real consolation is hanging around here and seeing some real long time pros getting chopped to bits too. I don't enjoy seeing anybody lose money, but at least I realize that I'm in "good" company. Lots of great people around here and I'm thankful for that. rok
