That weather front went through here yesterday, should keep a few shoppers home. Our hardest rain was about 2 pm when the sun started shining. I would think it is insured by the current owner until you take possession. Can't hurt to call your agent though. As far as liens I think they need to be announced at the start of the auction or listed on the program. That's in Illinois, Virginia I don't know. Good luck today.
