Hi hdl; I think that in the future, using a stop loss in such a way that your loss is limited to 2% of your total equity would be a better way of playing the stock. This is what is suggested in the better textbooks on money management for traders. (G)

That said, I think that you will find Dell in single digits within a few years. I, for one, am quite bearish on Dell, but have had no long term position on it in years.
