Thanks so much for the legal explanation, but I confess to never being in a courtroom and desiring yet more explanation. attorney's fees loser agreement is pretty standard you seem to indicate? Most likely they had one, since almost all lawsuits have them, are you implying? "under the provisions of a statute" HUH? Could you please elaborate on your post for us decidedly lawyer and legalese challenged posters????
