The SF 180 is the form Kerry needs to fill out to release his military records. Since the good senator is obviously having problems locating this form to release his records, it is incumbent upon us to assist Mr. Kerry in locating the form and releasing his records. Please print out copies ( archives.gov ) of SF-180 and mail them to Kerry campaign headquarters and the DNC. Also fax copies to the Kerry Campaign, as assurance they receive the form.
