Not sure why you think my Buddhism is somewhat dogmatic and ritualistic. I'm sure it can be improved, though - what improvements do you suggest? Do you like rituals?

By the way, the Zen Peacemaker Order is not my Buddhism, just one I found on the web. I'm a member of the Providence Zen Center (http://www.kwanumzen.com/pzc/index.html) - I started going there because it's the closest Buddhist center to my home.
