yes, MZM drops when debt is defaulted or paid off

if your "massive deflation" scenario is caused by continued debt collapse and is accompanied by increasing currency instability, that is great for gold

despite what you read in the incompetent press/media, whose editors and major writers could not pass a basic Economics proficiency test

in Sept2001, I sent a letter to Paul Krugman, the syndicated economics editor (for NYTimes?)
no reply
I disagreed with his assessment a year ago that Greenspam would easily handle the deteriorating econ conditions
now Krugman is echoing my exact same central points

if you would like me to post that letter, let me know
it was carefully crafted, and RIGHT ON !!!
