Doesn't concern me. If it dips under 5, it will just be another buying opportunity. The stock pre-Worldcom announcement leveled off in the $4 range. If the WCOM announcement isn't worth $16m in market cap, or $1 per share in price, I'll be greatly surprised. That's why Frank submitted to NASDQ when he did, IMHO. And that is why listing will happen. cm
