How is it that some folks keep harping about the "poor and undereducated black man"....Since FDR, we have had massive social welfare programs, and since LBJ, those programs were increased "Guns and Butter" we heard.... Doesn't any of the media ever stop to wonder why we still have "poor, black/green/purple/white young people who can't get a job and stay with their jobs to make some money? We have been pouring money down a never ending gopher hole for nearly 70 years....minimum of two, and probably three generations.... WHY?
