The perfect setup for "The Greenspan Hedge" being blown sky high is totally in place now with the small specs just now getting the message to hedge and piling on in droves.

This could get exciting.

I will repeat my advice to not be short the long end of the treasury or eurodollar curves here. A better chance might be to wait for a bond market revolt a couple months after the next pause. A dramatic reversal at that point would likely blow up FNM especially if there is another huge round of refis coming.
