I think this is an outrageous misuse of share holders' money. It also indicates that Walsh knew more than he told us. It is not that they would not give this thread the time of the day, it is that they are no longer able to defend their actions; they run out of stories to tell.

This simply tells me that it is so easy to defraud the share holder. get rich, and still be protected by insurance.
