The idea of our judiciary protecting the "rights" of the Nazis or the Viet Cong from executive overreaching is every bit as absurd as it sounds.

For any who think having a draft will improve anything, better have another thought about it.....

The SC ruling on this has effectively ruled out having a meaningful draft.... Would any of us want our sons and daughters to go to fight people without a country, with a uniform of that country, and yet we would have to take videos of their misdeeds and killings, read them their rights before we try to kill them, etc?????

Let the SC 5 go over and head into battle with the new ruling they just came down with. That would be interesting to watch!!!!
