Barron's: Very positive article on COP: "The World's Cheapest Big Stock" "Too Cheap to Ignore". Fwiw, elsewhere in the issue COP also mentioned favorably in an interview interview with the "quick-trading" manager of Quaker Strategic Growth Fund.

(I hope all the people who see COP as a value haven't already bought, and that there is still some potential and probable buying demand out there.)

Positive article also on NFX.
"Trading at around 48, this is a cheap stock. The company expects its production to grow by more than 20% next year, and some investors predict a like-sized gusher for the shares."
(aside: I have a few shares.)

Plus and minus discussion in article on NYB:
"The Bottom Line
For speculators, the shares might be worth a bet, on the chance of a takeover. For income investors, the chance of a payout cut means trouble."
