These small insider sales are often a contrary indicator.

Let me refer to a post of mine from last month; it talks about a stock that had wave after wave of mostly small insider sales driving a strongly profitable company's stock down 60-70%. Read it and consider the uncertainty and panic at Nuko:

The SMOD shares discussed in this post closed today at 42, up from 8 in that sell-off.

I bought some more shares today. But I am waiting now for Friday.
