My understanding is that a verbal agreement has been reached regarding the financing. Signing of this agreement should take place inside of two weeks. Release of this information (details) should be made public shortly thereafter. Shareholder meeting had been postponed due to the lack of this finalization. Once signed, shareholder meeting firm date will be set and financial firm will be present.
