I hate to say it, and do not as I put down but we have more in common than you thinnk.

I gave up shooting 20 years ago because it got so it was no challenge. I do have some good carera gear and enjoy the hunt but have no thrill in the kill. To get great pictures or wildlife, even down to squirrels if the big thrill.

Brown trout are different than salmon, I have caught the same fish two or three times. But then I use a very small hook, no. 12.
