RAP, Had I read the 10K on this company before I invested (big mistake in failing to do so), I wouldn't be using this puppy as a tax loss. As it stands, since my shares are essentially worthless, I'll hold them until they go to zero. In the off chance that this stock sees 1 again, it may be worth it to sell. I want you to know that I appreciate your comments. You apparently did a service to all by advising of the problems with this issue. Unfortunately, I bought before I found SI. Now, it is one of my first sources of information in my due diligence before buying. No use beating up on those who had faith in the stock, though. It is water over the damn that they (and I) made a mistake on this one. Gary Korn
