Hype dies quickly when you have to wait for more than a day or two for a stock to surge. Some of us have been here a while and continue to wait for the BIG announcement of merger details. One question: Am I correct in assuming that the ~100 million share outstanding is including the REG S shares? Original Shares authorized ~100 million Shares outstanding (non reg S) ~50 million Reg S shares ~50 million New quantity of shares authorized ~150 million with 50 million shares used for future acquisitions? Plus we have 500K in the bank?
