Murtha isn't rushing to judgement, that's BS.
Murtha simply found out the Pentagon was trying to cover up what appears to be another My Lai Massacre. Troops lined up Iraqi civilians and mowed them down like the Nazi Germans used to do. That's not American, that's sick and evil.

Now the troops responsible could be charged with murder, but who is really to blamne? The same policy-makers who stuck our troops in this pressure-cooker for years without end, no clear mission, no way of winning, and lies justifying the investgation in the first place.

This is Vietnam in the desert, and these atrocities are to be expected.

Thgese atrocities are also the way you lose the war for the hearts and minds, which ios the most important thing now. The buck stops at Bush's desk. He's the one who refused to change course.
