Delgratia Joins the Club:
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 1997--Delgratia Mining Corporation was named a defendant in a class action lawsuit filed on June 5, 1997, in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada (CV-S-97-00685-HDM (RJJ)). The complaint was brought on behalf of purchasers of the Company's securities during the period November 18, 1996 through April 11, 1997 (the ``Class Period'').
The Complaint charges that Delgratia (Symbol: DELGF) and some of its officers and directors, together with other companies, conspired in a deceptive scheme to violate the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by, among other things, falsely and misleadingly representing its investment in and the prospects for development of the Josh Project, comprising 9,000 acres of Nevada property purportedly containing gold, including misrepresenting the assay results for that project.
