Delgratia Joins the Club:

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 1997--Delgratia Mining Corporation was named a defendant in a class action lawsuit filed on June 5, 1997, in the United States District Court for the
District of Nevada (CV-S-97-00685-HDM (RJJ)). The complaint was brought on behalf of purchasers of the Company's securities during the period November 18, 1996 through April 11, 1997 (the ``Class Period'').

The Complaint charges that Delgratia (Symbol: DELGF) and some of its officers and directors, together with other companies, conspired in a deceptive scheme to violate the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by, among other things, falsely and misleadingly representing its investment in and the prospects for development of the Josh Project, comprising 9,000 acres of Nevada property purportedly containing gold, including misrepresenting the assay results for that project.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all class members and is represented by Weiss & Yourman, a law firm having significant experience and expertise prosecuting class actions on behalf
of investors and shareholders, particularly those involving false statements.

The firm has been actively engaged in representing investors and shareholders in securities class action and derivative litigation. It maintains offices in New York City and Los Angeles, with pending
major litigations in federal and state courts throughout the United States. The firm has repeatedly been appointed by courts as leading counsel in numerous complex litigations and has recovered
hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of investors.

If you are a member of the Class described above, you may, not later than sixty (60) days from today, move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff of the Class, if you so choose. In order to serve as
lead plaintiff, however, you must meet certain legal requirements. To assure that you will be included in a list of class members, or if you wish to discuss this action, or have any questions concerning this
notice, or your rights or interests with respect to this matter, please contact Douglas R. Britton by calling 310/208-2800 or by writing Weiss & Yourman, 10940 Wilshire Blvd., 24th Floor, Los
