As to whether or not CWTR can qualify as a value investing, may I suggest that you refer to the following post on how some other well-known value investors view CWTR.

While using this system, I consider an individual's rating with a score over 50, or a combined soore of these eight well-known analysts of over 300 is the fine line drawing whether CWTR has merits as a value situation.
