Already? So what was the point of getting rid of the primary care docs?
Relative equality of fees makes sense - since the cost structure of practices ran by nurses will be similar.

Just wondering -- do they have in Canada and in Europe independently practicing nurses, or are WE going to be the trailblazers? I tried to find the answer on the Net, but the story seems mixed.
