I think the vix can rise with the market? Trader uncertainty or options expiration causing swings? Hope and expectations still running ahead of reality IMO, Basically one quarter of 2003 left...3% GDP seems a struggle? Question is can they make 2004 like 1999? Google IPO hype would help<g>
