Politico named Frank DeFilippo says that the coming elections in Maryland will not go to the right in a Scott Brown-esque election, because Massachusetts is only 4% Black, whereas Maryland is 33% Black. Therefore, he says, the Democrats have nothing to worry about. So a higher percentage of Blacks means there will be no chance they will vote anything but Democrat. Is that a racist statement? Is it Racist to say that the Black vote will definitely fall to the left and secure another 4 years of democrat rule? Or is DeFilippo just stating the facts? Is he just keeping it real? Is he just reading the numbers and saying what they mean?

This is the subject on the local talk radio show and blacks are calling in like crazy saying they will never vote dem again
