it would seem to me that ME simply wanted to get a deal done quickly and get listed and ready to trade on the open market.. even though ME's asset base is high, they have alot of proving to do and ICVI mgmt needed to be kicked out... I agree that more details are needed.. but as the details develop if they look positive I will be most likely adding to my positions... I already plan on getting some more definately if I can under 50cents... take care.. and we're all anxiously awaiting some more news hopefully later this week. jim
