The bank is nice benefit to ECI IRs and others but is not going to impact earnings and sales growth anytime soon, IMO. This can be looked at more as a facility than as a profit center.

The installation of new switches in the major hubs and quick migration of traffic to internal capacity means more to growth prospects over the next year or two than the bank. Excel does not need the bank to facilitate exchange rates within the company; this is something that international businesses do every day.

I think the bank is a great morale booster and service to Excel IRs, employees and customers. It can eventually be used as part of internet commerce and other products that can generate significant profits. Maybe I don't know everything about it, but my impression is that it is not going to cause much to happen with the stock price.
