UIS the new chad-killer king, systems to upgrade and redo all out-dated US voting systems. Ought to be a nice cash cow. As you remember UIS is one of the view to give positive guidance for a rebound in the 3rd-4th quarter. This is due to release of high-margin products in September. UIS also rumored to be a DELL takeover target. DELL has 8 billion in cash.
