yep...the angle of descent (best viewed on a line chart) has become steeper, suggesting acceleration. it follows the Nikkei model remarkably well. if it continues to do so, we'll get some gut-wrenching free-fall down days interrupted by violent one to two day rallies, until a climactic move below the '99 congestion zone puts in an intermediate term low. of course there's no guarantee that that is how it will happen...but it's certainly possible considering the similarity of the patterns so far.
