I think there's plenty of evidence that Terrorism has been funded, aided and harbored in several nations in the middle east. We all know many were trained in numerous countries. We all know that Saddam has funded Terrorism by virtue of checks paid to suicide bombers. We don't have a direct link that OBL was funded but we know he went to many of these nations for weapons. I'm not sure we need to know much more to make the case that several to many countries have played a role in terror over the past 30 years. I'm not going to distinguish between who did what to whom after 9/11. It becomes guilt by association. There is an acceptable amount of terror attacks in my world - zero.
