I just saw the Microsoft news. It seems a little early to get more than PR hype out of this, but will it be good for a few extra points on the Stock tomorrow?
I am also unsure if this will have not affect on the 3COM relationship! Can Q be in the middle with out choosing sides in the long run. Is CDMA powerful enough to make 3COM Microsoft, Cisco, and even Intel want to all be in bed together. I can see the big 3 but I bet 3COM is getting nervous. As I type this it now seems to me that there have got to be some people seriously thinking about aquireing the Q. At the moment only Cisco, and Intel have the kind of resources to exploit CDMA.
