TokyoMex, You're business experience with past oil companies are impressive, if it's true. I hope everything you say is correct. Listen, where do you get this $0.05 EPS? That implies net income of $1.3 million on 25 million shars outstanding, after what, $4 million in operating, SG&A and preferred dividend expense? So essentially you are saying that you expect at the least a deal with TX worth at least $5.3 million. I hope you are right. What do you base this on? Schopenhauer
