<<WHAT DO YOU THINK?>> wsj has been regularly running articles that are GENERALLY very postivive about TBR. rise should be more muted (unlike the last run) because a lot of the burned fingers are scared. but as it goes up.........they will pile in--often too late. watch for: stalled privatizaion or unbridled deregulation that throws the market into chaos. only other problem could be cardoso or the debt. i still hope for a steady climb with lots of backfilling as traders take profits on the way up. just mho......
