Thanks Ed, I've been watching it for the last couple of months now. My poor old MDRE is taking a beating! They put out their 10k today. Wasn't as great as their IR made it out to be. It'll be a great buy at .05. and that's exactly where I think there heading! I still think that their 1st 10Q for this year will raise it up again though! The Asian market isn't doing us any justice either. Marty
