Richard, I've tried to search Financial Post several times in the past and have been unsuccessful finding stories I knew titles of. Did you see my questions regarding Serenpet Inc.? It was the same situation where they were seeking to be taken over by someone and I couldn't interpet why they were taking this route. The article you mentioned may of shed some light on it. The company that has made two great acquisitions is Stampeder. I like the company a lot but total shares outstanding turns me off somewhat.
