A later news article gave more information on the exchange rate. The total number of LGTO shares that will be issued is 1.721 million. These will be divided over the total number of issued and issuable (for options) shares of FTSW at the time of closing. At 10-22-98, 10.7 million shares were issued, 1.4 million were associated with options. My concern is that more shares could suddenly pop up on the option side, meaning holders of the issued FTSW shares would get a smaller piece of the LGTO shares (in other words, less than 0.1422 LGTO/FTSW).
