It looks like the Chinese -- cheap-rocket-launches-R-us -- are finally getting their act together. I have long believed that the ability of the Chinese to master the science of launching satellites cheaper than anybody else is key to the deployment of a signifcant portion of the commercial satellites in the pipeline. MCDY needs these to have those birds going up into orbit on a fairly regular basis before its telemetry biz will really take off.

By the way, any news on the sale of the networking division?
