Just another example of why a person should read BEFORE they invest.

Reminds me of a true story. A guy I know bought a stock & told me
it was a great "defensive stock", and should do well in the long
run. Naturally, I asked him the name & why it was so good. His
reply was: "They have no debt."

After doing a "quick and dirty" on the company it became appearant
why they had no debt. I had grave reservations if they would have
qualified for a secured VISA card, let alone an actual loan!
