I thought the received wisdom was to buy a stock when ALL the analysts recommended a sell (as long as the fundamentals are good). That's because that is the point when the most amount of money is not in the stock. The analysts tell all their clients to buy/sell, the clients do, they issue their analysis, the price moves as 'predicted' and everyone (except a small investor, and who cares?) is happy.

So, when *all* the analysts have a SELL on INTC, I'm in up to the eyeballs...
