This time of year there seems to be an endless supply of suggestions about quitting smoking. Here're a couple things to consider, items I haven't seen mentioned yet: YOU MUST REALLY WANT TO QUIT !!! THE NEW EX-SMOKER MUST CONVINCE HIMSELF/HERSELF OF THAT FACT. IT MAY HURT FOR A LITTLE WHILE, BUT SO WHAT? IF YOU DO IT RIGHT, YOU'LL ONLY DO IT ONCE IN YOUR LIFE.
