Cheap Solar power is a pipe dream that won't be available to the average consumer for years and years to come. I can't wait for the greenies to figure this one out.

In the mean time, I guess we all need to start raising sheep and take up knitting.

Solar roof panels: Owner Ben Abrams said he felt a responsibility to install these to minimize energy use and to convey this message to neighbors. He doesn't expect to recoup the $30,000 cost any time soon. He regularly gets about 3 kilowatts of power a month but expects that to increase with longer daylight hours.
