Hank it is common for a large shareholder to file a long time before they actually sell their shares. That way they can avoid the shock and selloff before they sell there shares. Think about it, if you saw them register to sell right when all of this bad news was released would you have stayed long? I would take an educated guess and say they are gone. I think I am going to have to say I agree with robin. I do not think they would have sold the whole 2.5 million. I would venture to say they probably still hold some of the stock. However, I will look into it and see what I can find out for you......Ron
