I really think SRGE could see 4 with some volume. It broke a quad top and pulled back a bit....maybe this is the start. :-)

The chart on SFA look great! Just look at that spread double top break. It's also in a great sector. Very Cheap P/E IMO for a company that is a broadband player. Maybe not a major on but a player none the less.
