I only know Qualcomm has the largest customer base. Idc has won every lawsuit on TDMA violations as far as I know except Motorola and Microsoft has that one appealed and under advisement the last I heard. The coming traffic will swing to wide band for sure. IDC has BCDMA patents and is now having ASIC chips manufactured by Intel. Alcatel, Samsund, and IDC are
installing BCDMA now. Qualcomm is fighting for their life now because their wide band isn't compatible with other systems and are making threats against all others now using their CDMA.
