Ed, Yes, the brokerages use those downgrades and upgrades in amazing ways, but it can make a good buy out of a high priced stock, quickly, when they downgrade. And they always come in with their decision after the fact. After the bad earnings, they'll downgrade, but not in advance, to warn their investors. I tend to use them as contrarian indicators. Linda
