RE: TK dismisses one lawsuit

This was the lawsuit for slander and defamation against ITIS. ITIS stated that TK shorted its stock. This is not the lawsuit of ITIS against TK for shorting the stock. It's also not the lawsuit of TK against ITIS for not turning over all the shares. These are the current cases I think.
